Connect with a licensed vet over video call. Describe symptoms, share photos or videos if needed.

Our Doctor Availability

After verification, we confirm your consultation slot, subject to vet availability. You'll receive a confirmation message.

Treatment & Follow-up

Receive e-prescription. You commit to completing the treatment with our free consultation.
Eligibility & Guidelines: To ensure genuine cases are prioritised and animals receive proper care, please read these guidelines before booking.

What to keep in mind

Purpose of the Service

This initiative is designed to support stray animals who do not have access to timely medical advice. Your cooperation helps us extend care to more animals in need. This service does not adhere to emergency cases.

Limited Time Window

Free stray consultations are available only during the doctor’s availability. As this is a community support initiative, there may be a waiting period. We request your patience so we can help as many animals in need as possible.

Care Without Meds

Medicines will not be supplied as part of the free consultation. Based on the doctor’s advice, you may need to purchase the prescribed medicines independently. We will share e-prescription with you.

Temporary Responsibility

The person requesting the consultation should take temporary responsibility for the stray animal, including administering medicines and ensuring basic care as advised.

Follow-up & Care

Follow-up consultations, if required, will also be provided free under this initiative. We encourage you to support the animal’s recovery by providing basic care.

This service is exclusively for stray animals & should not be used for personal pets. Please respect the doctor’s time and be mindful of other animals awaiting consultation.
